ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Berenice Mendez, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. You will also be responsible for general administrative tasks, including acting as a receptionist by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front desk activities. Your attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people make you an ideal fit for this role. In this position, you will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community you serve.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $34,998.00 - $74,999.00 per year
